If it was my job to reply & close apps i would keep things short but stay explicit, i don't think it's a good idea to just say everything on the app, contacting staff members is the way to go.
And the "WE GET IGNORED" yes, contact staff members, not the CM team, yes they can respond to you but i have no clue what they are doing, and honestly ion care but contact super admins or admins or mods, don't be a lazy fuck and complain on the forums, wallah -2 digit iq
