Suggestion Title: Sandwich for Detectives

How would it benefit the server: It would benefit Detectives that want a quicker heal instead of making a long time sound using the health station, instead the one-off sound is made.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't see any.

Additional notes: Would buff the Detectives items, as they are a bit lacking at the moment.
