TOPIC: allow users to buy vip player models.

Suggestion Title: Allow Users To Buy VIP Player Models With No Vip.
How would it benefit the server: I personally think these types of skins should not be locked to users (Yes they can trade it)
but if I'm being honest it should public for users to buy them and use them.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Nope.

I mean there are already very few benefits to getting VIP for TTT removing this wouldn't be fair for those that have already bought it. You can easily get the skin from another person, there are quite a few that would be willing to trade it to you for no profit if it's in the store that specific day.

The skins are VIP exclusive to buy as a benefit to those who support ZARP with VIP, non-VIP users are able to buy them from VIP users via the trade system.
