Server Name: TTT

Suggestion Title: Holding breath under water bar

How would it benefit the server: People will know when to leave the water if they are under for too long instead of getting hit out of no where without warning.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: This will help everyone if they fall in the water/trying to hide and will know how long they have left before taking damage from water/drowning. This bar should only show once under water

When you sprint you run out of breath. When you swim you run out of breath. Seems to me like it could just be one bar
