Suggestion Title: Barbed Wire Bat

How would it benefit the server: Could be one of the "bad" case prizes from this years halloween update and its cool

Potential Issues/Exploits: F,1+2 as a armored launcher is an issue apart from that no more issues than a battleaxe can cause

Additional notes:
Like I said before it could be in the halloween case as one of the lesser prizes such as a battleaxe. It could also have a bleed effect (like nerve or rad round). On top of that I feel like it would be an easy thing to add with little to no balancing issues so time can be spent on more important update parts
