Cosmetic Customization System!

Suggestion Title:
Cosmetic Customization System

How would it benefit the server:
Would allow you to customize the placement of your cosmetics as some that you wear aren't correctly placed on your playermodel, such as the witch's hat... Also would be cool if there were new cosmetics added and you could combine multiple things together to make a cool outfit such as a mask, scarf and jump pack...

This is currently planned, but there's no planned timeframe on when it will be worked on/implemented due to the complexity of doing this correctly in the way that we want to (implementation of something similar to PAC3 ingame but not buggy or laggy pretty much)!
