Suggestion Title: New Police Models + black person

How would it benefit the server: These models are more colourful and stand out from FBI, etc. more than the current ones. Also they have a black police man.

Potential Issues/Exploits: no.

They look weird with the glasses so probably don't have the glasses on them.
