TOPIC: [SSRP] Balance the Hobo vs. Mutant conflict

Suggestion Title: Balance the Hobo vs. Mutant conflict

How would it benefit the server: Make people more inclined to take part in what is actually one of the more interesting things the server has, which not many people seem to know about.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Staff punishing people because they didn't know that Hobos and Mutants are allowed to kill eachother basically anywhere on the map, which happens far too often lol

Additional notes: Currently, Mutants are limited to melee weapons and being as equipped as they are when they spawn. They can't equip any substantial weapons, no suits, etc. Meanwhile, Hobos are allowed ranged weapons, any weapons of any sort they desire, and any suit. Hobo vs Mutant conflicts are fun when they happen on the server, though it quickly becomes a one-sided affair. I personally think the solution is to not allow Hobos the ability to wear non-purely cosmetic suits (ones that give buffs and abilities), and no weapons outside of a pistol (which I am sure used to a rule at some point). I don't see what legitimate use a Hobo would have for powerful suits and weapons anyway. Of course any other people's suggestions would be more than welcome, but I hope I've made the disparity between the two quite clear.

EDIT: I would NOT want a fix for this to be allowing Mutants to equip suits and weapons too. I think it's important for the server to have a source of fun/deathmatch separate from the current 'meta'.

Don't think any staff punished somebody because they were killing mutants or hobo or whatever, otherwise the person would have appealed because that'd be ridiculous lol

It was a bit of a joke as there aren't really any potential exploits - that said, it has happened to me on at least 3 occassions. Every time I got it appealed right there in-game after they realized their mistake so I've never made a big deal out of it
