You're given ample space to type out how you're sincerely sorry and whatnot. If you're banned for attitude problems and appeal with a substantial apology, I see no problem for an unban - of course the appeal depends on the severity and ban time spent. If you're unbanned and still cause problems, another ban strike is no issue.
I still stand with my suggestion to confine it to the one server.
Anyone can just type out words and say that they're sorry, it's a lot easier to trust someone and know they have changed when they can actually show it. I don't force people to, and sometimes it's not needed, but I think it's a good recommendation. Instead of just denying them and saying wait 3 months, we say that if they can show a better attitude then we can unban them much sooner. It dosen't have to be on another server, it could be on TS, Discord, the Forums. Anything is better than nothing,
I do agree that it shouldn't be used as a requirement so anyone using it as such should probably stop, but just suggesting it is fine imo.
