Suggestion Title: Playing Unrelated Servers for Unban/Permanent unban, unmarked policy that should be removed

How would it benefit the server:

There's a certain trend currently for when appealing for an unban on a server, particularly a permanent unban, you have to show "improved attitude" by playing unrelated servers. While it's fair to punish for rule breaks and to issue permanent bans; I don't think it's fair to force people, especially those who only play one server, to be forced to play another server with its own set of rules and structure only to have a chance to be unbanned.

For the staff's perspective, it adds more unnecessary survelliance and resources that could be focused on the server.

It used to be that the appeal would be handled according to the appeal's contents, punishments and the time since the ban. However that isn't the case anymore as said above and should be looked into.

I don't understand, it's not a requirement, it's a suggestion to the staff members handling the appeal of X perm banned player.

I think that this should really only be a suggestion if the person was banned for something that has to do with their attitude, such as constant disrespect, harassment, racism etc. Otherwise, this shouldn't really be used as a suggestion to players.

It's never been a requirement however it could have an influence on whether or not you will be unbanned.

In no way shape or form have we ever tried to enforce players to play on other servers to make them show us their attitudes towards playing on an RP server have changed. We have used this wording to give an example for people who would like to show they have worked on their attitude. This means we are not forcing players to do anything we are just giving them an example of a way to show how they could show that they are ready to come back to the server.

I do agree that it shouldn't be used as a requirement so anyone using it as such should probably stop, but just suggesting it is fine imo.
