Suggestion Title: Give players the ability to use aspirin with suits on

How would it benefit the server: Less hassle making players take off suits just to get rid of nerve gas or rad round effects.

Potential Issues/Exploits: i guess it makes suits a bit more op

Additional notes: currently when you use aspirin in a suit, it gives the same message as when you use any other drug
[ZARP-Notice]: You cannot take drugs whilst wearing this suit!
I think this should be changed as it is not a performance boosting drug, it just removes an effect that would serve no benefits to a player using a suit, except saving the hassle of taking off a suit.

Contributions
Contributions must be civil and tasteful.
