Suggestion Title:
Chat emotes

How would it benefit the server:
Would be a fun addition for the server and users to show their emotions and communicate

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Maybe a spam issue but a cooldown on emotes could work or maybe you need to buy them

Additional notes:
A cooldown on emotes could or you have to buy emotes
