Suggestion Title: Weekly or monthly leaderboard competitions

How would it benefit the server: More items flowing into the economy, could also increase the competition

Potential Issues/Exploits: People farming

Additional notes: 1st place could be 5 of any case
2nd place could be 2 of any case
3rd place could be 1 of any case
