Suggestion Title: Make RTV less instrusive

How would it benefit the server: When the RTV menu pops up, it takes up the entire screen and prevents mouse movement in game. I think there should be a menu more like this on the side of your screen.

In my opinion, choosing a map and still being able to play for 30 seconds would be better than ruining the entire run.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Would require coding and updating the server, which the current owner doesn't do.
