Suggestion Title: Third Person

How would it benefit the server: with the feature of third person added to the server it would make some of the harder styles of surfing easier. Since the server is suppose to be easy I think adding this would be a great addition to the server for allow more players to start surfing with different styles.

Potential Issues/Exploits: buggy camera angles.

Additional notes:

Added bonus to this - players would be able to see their player models in its true form.
