As other people have said, this wouldn't be a benefit to the moderator rank. Currently, Moderators have the ability to kick a person who refuses to change their name. This is fine. As Nina said, before the name change command all staff had the ability to kick users who refused to change their name and adding this to the Moderators will only give them a chance to abuse it and misuse it. Currently, the Admin team is very active within TTT and there is always, usually, a staff member online to change someone's name. Even when an Admin isn't online, Mods can simply kick them or if you don't want to kick them, just ask an Admin to come online.
