Suggestion Title: Get Rid of Teaming in Events

How would it benefit the server: It would allow events to be even for all players and make it a lot more noob friendly. Also it wouldn't allow people to get insane profits from the Special Case Event. It is getting so broken and needs to be handled.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: It could be enforced by just screen recording the person you suspect then post it on forums. You can tell if someone if teaming simply looking at chat before an event.

The "quote" button is useful when responding to certain posts, also by the seems of it yes, I haven't fully looked into a lot of the discussion but the suggestion has came and gone and just seemed to have been brushed off, I'm sure someone else would have a better explanation though.
