TOPIC: SSRP servers issue

Since last week, switching SSRP servers will completely mess up the map, it won't load the custom content and you would see errors everywhere.
This used to be an issue a long time ago, not only you won't get the custom content loaded properly, but you'd get vertex errors.
I don't really know how it works but it's really annoying, we have to restart our gmod to get rid of the errors when we switch server.

If i'm on S3 and proceed to retry or go on S1 i won't load the map properly and get errors everywhere.
If i'm on S1 and go on S3, i will also get errors everywhere.
Not sure if i'm alone but when i open my inventory & my bank, item icons take ages to load, and i lag badbly.

I believe this became a issue in the most recent gmod update, I don't believe its a server issue.

it is a gmod problem unfortunately and it is hella annoying.

Does quitting to main menu help this at all? Maybe giving it a fresh chance to load content would be better than quitting to desktop

This issue happens on the current development branch of Garry's Mod - usually it is only fixed by restarting the game.
It will probably be fixed if you change from the dev/64-bit branch back to the stable version of the game.
