TOPIC: [SSRP Suggestion] PD Armory raid suggestion

Suggestion Title:
Decrease the cooldown on successfull and failed PD armory raids, adding items proportional to the efforts needed to successfully raid the PD armory

How would it benefit the server:
Decrease the cooldowns.
Currently the cooldown if you successfully raid or fail a PD raid is 40 minutes, which is WAY too long for the rewards you can get, you can get top tier items from the casino and the cooldown there is only 15 minutes.
It would make sense to lower the cooldown to 15minutes for after a successful raid and 5minutes for a failed raid.

Change the rewards in the PD armory
Based on my SSRP experience the best item i've seen so far was a thundergun and a spartan laser blueprint.
You can also loot printers and much more golden blueprints such as designer suit BP, Gamma rifle BP.
However, i think that the efforts needed to successfully raid a PD armory isn't proportional to your rewards at all.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None that i can think of at the moment.

Additional notes:
The PD armory has alot of potential, and as suggested above i have many ideas, and i like the PD armory alot, i want to make it better so peoples can enjoy it.
