Suggestion Title: Gambler's Printer

How would it benefit the server: Similar to the normal printers/VIP/diamond/black diamond/GPP, these ones require you to pay for their usage. Could either be from a case or placed in the menu, whatever's clever. However, instead of the normal upper limit affecting the maximum payout, there can be one of two effects:

1) You invest any amount into the printer, and the printer begins printing out a small percentage of the amount placed. The percentage is reduced more and more as more money is placed into the printer. So you could start out with like 5% of 100k, to 1% of 1 million, to 0.5% of 10 million, etc. These algorithms can be freely changed, as I feel like even the ones listed are a bit too high, though it might vary on printing speed.

2) You invest a certain amount of money into the printer, and similar to the item o'matic or the uranium processor, the printer has a higher and higher chance of printing out more money per second, or not much at all. Decent money sink, especially if the upper limit of the printer has a chance of printing out higher amounts than the likes of the best printers in the game.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Might backfire and be used en masse to make an even bigger money problem. Also depends on accessibility to the printer in the first place.

Additional notes: I made something similar to this in the past with the prototype printer that lets you put items in it. But I feel like another money sink couldn't hurt (yes it could). Especially if it's from the thing that gives money in the first place, but maybe this is a dumb idea! Anyway, gimme your thoughts.

Better response than I thought - and Nate is definitely correct. Could be potentially exploited if not implemented correctly/tested. Anymore thoughts?

Also think there could be player vs player blackjack or a real coinflip system and 1% of the winnings gets removed, it will slowly make a money sink along with a safe way to gamble
