Suggestion Title:
Base/Medi shields automatically holster when leaving the server/crashing.

How would it benefit the server:
People will be less likely to lose their base/medi shields.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Duping, but uh make that NOT happen.

Additional notes:
I and many others have lost copious amounts of these items to either crashing or simply disconnecting with them down. It's rather easy to forget that you have them placed down and i don't see how this could be a bad change to the way they work. It just stops people losing items to retardation. Oh and it makes Golden Base/Medi shields less risky to lose as you may crash/timeout with one down and then lose all your guappage.
