TOPIC: Change how banned players work.

Suggestion Title:
change banned players, What they can do and how they can do it.
How would it benefit the server:
Stop the minging banned players who admins can do nothing with.
Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes:
Stop allowing banned members on the server. If this isnt going to be changed then change what the can and can't do. Yes it was funny for the April first joke, But now the people how now been doing alot more cancer things.
Things such as;
Wasting trip mine charges.
Mass breaking nlr while minging.
Destroying nukes and disabling them while banned.
Wasting time and money from people who want to play the server and not getting banned.
Why should this be changed? Simply because they are already banned and still are able to join the server while mass breaking rules. This should not be allowed and should be changed.

I agree but there is something admins can do about banned players. If "Community" is added to the ban reason they can't connect to the server.

The trip mine bug has been fixed. Other bugs will be noted down and fixed, as banned players are not supposed to be able to properly interact.

If banned players are minging or breaking rules, admins should just be editing the ban and sticking the word Community in it so the user cannot join any more.

Just keep them banned.. Whats the point of letting them run around on the server? Only thing i can think of is filling player slots to show other people how "popular" the server is.

Develop a social credit system.
