Suggestion Title:

Give the reasoning behind denying suggestions

How would it benefit the server:

It would allow players to see why previous suggestions have been denied and allow them to make future suggestions based on that.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

none

Additional notes:

would increase transparency in regards to the community council and there is no downside to doing so.

I remember when I was a big part of the CC along with Markus and xnator. We would put reasons for denying "x" suggestion. Yes it takes a little more time but then effort is at least shown. :plussp:

Do they really need to give a reason? It's only going to be one of a few things.
