Suggestion Title: QED Suit/QED Based Suit

How would it benefit the server: More suit rips and montages to promote the server also very fucking op

Potential Issues/Exploits: Nun idk

Additional notes: Make it useable every hour the QED ability, not as op op as the QED seeing as it's xpensiveee

That sounds far too OP and just steals its ability from another item, meaning one of the items is going to be redundant in comparison
