Suggestion Title: Option to Enable/Disable Police Weapons

How would it benefit the server: Currently on the server, there's a way to disable your weapons that you spawn with as a gangster through your gang menu. It's there to free up your weapon slots on your person and just not be as clunky, as having multiple weapons on you could slow down your reaction speed to certain situations.

I believe the same option should exist for the Police Jobs, as a SWAT I spawn with an MP5 and pistol that I know I'll never use, similarly to the jackhammer and tommy gun. The setting could be enabled somewhere under the Police Career menu.
