Suggestion Title: More Special Printer Limit Suggestion

How would it benefit the server: Less alts on the server, Less people crying over refund requests cause they lost printers over there pc lagging with to many alts on.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I wouldn't know.

Additional notes: Increase VIP And Non-VIP Special Printer Limit, Also allows people who don't have a shit ton of alternate accounts with gmod purchased on them to have a high amount of special printers. Gangs like Jay House and Top Gangs have people with like 10+ alts Meaning they get a lot of money from paying for alts, Normal players who don't wanna buy them with real money can use a big amount of printers.
