Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: Character Upgrade: Fast Holster.

How would it benefit the server: Less people complaining about gluon rips etc.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Can't think of any

Additional notes: 30 Second holster time or something, 1 SCU Character upgrade 100m etc.
