Voting once a month or 3 months for playermodels!
How would it benefit the server:
More playermodels would be added
Potential Issues/Exploits:
Hitboxes
Additional notes:
Every month or 3 months people can submit player models and then there will be picked a few playermodels and then there will be a voting on it!

Positives:
New player models
Possibly more players

Negatives:
The pointshop will eventually get overloaded with player models.
The more player models there are, the longer it takes to load into the game, possibly causing people to leave.
And like you said, hitboxes (Yes, some player models already have the correct hitboxes but most don't)
