Suggestion Title:

Add back the quest npcs

How would it benefit the server:

Would allow players both new and already established to go complete quests (mostly aimed at new players)Upon completing a set quest/objective for an NPC the player would be given a low tier item such as a defibrillator, milkor, emp nade etc...

in short, some low tier items that will benefit a newer player and can help them complete daily objectives - these quests would have some time limit on how often they can be completed.

100%! The server feels really empty without a reason to go around for certain things. Even over the past day on server 3 I've seen about 8 people ask "Where is everyone?" because we dont really have a reason to leave our bases.
