Suggestion Title: Crosshair + Bind Menu Creator

How would it benefit the server: It will allow users to create their own crosshair instead of having to use ones from the workshop, it will also allow people to get comfortable more easier with their own preference and there should also be sharing codes for people to use.

Binds are a bit challenging for some to create so a menu for this would make lives much more easier and simpler by allowing the user to select what key they want the weapon to equip on and the option for it to automatically start holstering/dropping IF it is a special weapon.

This has been suggested a few times and would probably work well with something I was working on today - might try adding this for coming updates - might be a bit more difficult to get the crosshair one done, but I can think of a couple of ways to go about it

omg it would make things so much easier for us as staff i got lately a lot of questions about the crosshair so yes

its because it's orange. not everyone's color of choice.
