Suggestion Title: Buff the visor suit

How would it benefit the server: The developers did very well in buffing the acs and nano so that all suits have a different purpose and bring variety to combats. I think every suit on the server right now is fine and has its own purpose, however, the visor suit is just dog shit and therefore nobody wants to use it. I think even just bringing it back to its original state as it has been when it was first released to the server would be good.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: I don't understand why the visor suit was nerfed in the first place? Like the laser was ass anyways, never was the meta, and never will be the meta. The developers seem to like nerfing a perfectly fine suit to make it just boring and useless to use all the time, I hope this suggestion can be seriously considered.
