Server Name: Sar Gamig 1 and 3

Suggestion Title: Allow banned players to open cases

How would it benefit the server: Money for chute and allows banned players to do something while banned that isnt harmful to anyone considering they can't give those items to anyone and they cannot equip them.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None as long as there is no way to use the items or sell them

Additional notes: I have weapon cases and bp cases that i beg to open
