Add a .gif format for the Advertisement screens

How would if benefit the server:
Much more fun and worth to buy

Where would this Building/Improvement be added:
On all the servers

Add a additional fee for the .gif format

If images are an option then I don’t see why gifs wouldn’t be. I feel that this would make a great addition to the server if implemented properly.
