Suggestion Title:
GenCorp Building Raid
How would it benefit the server:
More Action/PVP
Potential Issues/Exploits:
Possible teaming (rules could be made to prevent this)
How it would work:
So, this might sound complex, but I will try to explain it in the greatest detail I can. If the GenCorp Construction site finished building, and it was a lab of some sort, once a day at a set time (maybe after or before airdrops, or even multiple times a day) there would be a raid, where a prompt at the top left would say like "A raid is about to start on the GenCorp Building! Press F1 To participate" and the people who joined would be assigned a team (defender or raider) and the goal of the defenders is to defend a main room where there would be a reward for the raiding crew to try and get (a GenCorp item, the item rotates after every raid). The goal of the raiders is to break into that room and once they do they would receive the current GenCorp item, but if they do not get into the room in time then the defenders are given the GenCorp item. It would be cool if the people raiding and defending were given suits and special weapons for raiding/defending and every time they died they would get a new suit so there are multiple abilitys to defend/attack with (example: nano's can cloak in corners and wait for raiders; ACS's can put force fields up, you get the idea. adding the suits in it would bring more action, fun, and strategy.) The raiders would have to progress through different rooms to get to the last one and the defenders would spawn scattered around the different rooms and the raiders would spawn near the front of the building. (assuming the building would be big and have multiple rooms). The timer could be like 5-10 minutes for the raid to happen (depending on the building size).
Additional notes:
I would like to hear what kind of tweaks/modifications other people have in relation to this, or just your opinion on it in general. If there is any part of it that is confusing reply what it is and maybe I could explain it better.
