I was standing behind some glass at spawn where the building is at and a cop came up when I was wanted and arrested me through the glass, kind of breaks the fact of role play.

wouldnt say its a bug more like your model "hitbox" was sticking thru the glass so he arrested you that way.

It's your hitbox going through the wall, nothing can be done to fix that. Though, it's against the rules.
