Server Name: SSRP 1/2

Suggestion Title: Scan Jammer

How would it benefit the server: I believe that you should be able to pick up this item like a radiation shield or a base shield as it being a one time doesn't seem very good considering it can be destroyed, so you may not get to use it at all if you get instantly raided and have this placed down.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think off

Additional notes: When you pick it back up it can say [GAME] Picked up a Scan Jammer.

as far as I’m aware there’s no way to get outside the map on downtown, and if there are ways there’s very limited places to go, the map is minuscule so it takes 5 mins to scale the whole map

I know ways to break the scan jammer but I won't say how, and using those glitches in locations can make you base for a long time. Even if it takes 5mins to check the map, you can still abuse it and hid your printers forever. And trust me, there are multiple ways to get outside the map.
