TOPIC: [ SSRP ] F1 interface suggestions

Suggestion Title:

• Active request for help:
  Add the "currently open" help request to the interface when the user is in the "F1 menu". If the user has one of course. In the last few days I had to ask the staff member responding to my request for help after 15 - 30+ minutes what my F1 was about, this can easily be tackled by adding this information to the interface of the user.

• Optional ability to add an online user to your request for help (F1 ticket):
  While writing a report about a user RDM'ing for example, I have to go through a bit of a hassle to include his/her name in my help request, it is also possible the user changes his/her name in the meantime and the mod/admin on duty will have to check the logs for a name change. This could be avoided by linking the actual user to the help request, no more searching in the logs and no more additional hassle for the users while making a report.

How would it benefit the server:
1. The suggestions help improve the user experience while dealing with issue reporting.
2. There is less risk of the user making a mistake while copy/pasting or writing down the accused player.
3. The staff member handling the situation can directly see who the accused player is, and never have to deal with name changes. This also opens up additional functionality options, like instant actions via the interface. (warn/kick/ban/view rap sheet etc.)

Potential Issues/Exploits:
The only potential issue with this system is that the user might misclick and add the wrong user, but then again, this can happen as well with copying the name of the user in the current situation.

Additional notes:
Editing and deleting your own active request should also be a big help.
