How would it benefit the server:
An info panel that you can open and it will show: Who unboxed it, How many people have had this certain item, Damage. This will benefit because its cool to see how many people have had this item and who unboxed it.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
If nobody unboxed it, it should say N/A under the "Who Unboxed It"
