Server Name: SSRP 1

Suggestion Title: Disallow people with Wanted status to change to one of "The Good" category jobs until that status is gone.

How would it benefit the server: It would increase a bit of realism in our beautiful semi serious mode - would police accept wanted people into their team? It also applies to those, who can instantly change to FBI and unwanted themselfes to return to previous job.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of.
