Suggestion Title: Add "One Time Use" Tag to non-hosterable weapons

How would it benefit the server: new players could know if a weapon is holsterable or not before equiping it.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

What im thinking could be like the scan jammer (One time Use tag) or maybe add a specific color strip to the item's inventory icon
