Suggestion Title: Event Spawn Weapons

How would it benefit the server: So currently the Deathmatch and King Of The Hill events are limited in current weapons(P90, Mp5, M4A1 & FAL) on spawn, I feel adding the police loadout(G36, HK 416, Tar 21 & AAC Honey Badger) weapons will allow for more of a variation from the normal weapons used outside events.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Damage outputs being too low or high.
