This is just a visual glitch due to being the only user on the server (excl. users in spectator mode) at the time. Nothing to worry about.

This is an error when you are playing and the only other player leaves. The round restarts but defines you on both teams as it requires that to start a round. Because you’re on both teams, you possess the ability to both turn into a prop and use your weapons. This in no way, shape, or form will affect the round once another player joins.
