Suggestion Title:
Remove the Upgrade Cost from
Diamond Printer,Black Diamond Printer, Golden plated Printer

How would it benefit the server:
The printers itself are kinda expensive and then it cost loads of money to upgrade them when newer printers don't have any upgrade costs so why should these three have one

and newer player can base with them since the diamond printer and Black diamond printer costs not that much

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Nothing I can find

Additional notes:
Well it would help out newer players that base with those printers that they don't need to upgrade them anymore when they drop them since they cost a bit of money.
