Suggestion Title: Scanmaster jammer

How would it benefit the server:
I mean it would help the new players and those who are poor by having a chance to grind some money from the special printers without them getting scanned instantly and being destroyed..
(the jammer shouldn't have any affect on the golden scan)
Potential Issues/Exploits:
Cant think of any

Examples:

This is definitely a good idea, though such an item with such capabilities will surely cost a lot, especially for new players, so I don't quite see this being of help to them much, though it would make a good addition to the SSRP server(s) very nicely.

I totally support this suggestion and I want to see it implemented to the server It would not only help out newer players to make a bit of cash but it would also help out mass bases to Hide the printers so the raiders won't get advantage of seeing how many and were the printers are in the base.

Amazing Idea!

An item like this would cost a large sum of cash, meaning that it would in reality have no effect on newer players. Although a common suggestion is for some kind of UAV jammer that you can place down to block any scanmaster/helecopter signals, i think this has the potential to be a great suggestion, I will work on improving some wording and a better fitting description and move this towards the council for you.

I like this idea but I think it would have to be somehting you need to activate ever X amount of time. Other wise it would just make hiding printers really op. It would also have to work for the Gscan otherwise it would just be unfair.
