[SSRP Suggestion] Blackjack!!!

How would it benefit the server:
The new update is good, however. People aren't really into roulette or slot machines.
I have always loved blackjack and I asked in OOC if people wanted Blackjack and like 70% said yes. Blackjack is extremely fun and you already added some gambling stuff so why not add this aswell
