Suggestion Title:Adding the red screen when dying

How would it benefit the server:Knowing when you actually die

Potential Issues/Exploits:None?

Additional notes:I know this aint a gamechanger but it would be nice to see.

It'll just look aids for people who use color enhancing software like Vibrance.
With max settings on vibrance, when your screen goes red, you can barely see a thing.
It is not really needed

Things that're added to Deathrun should be for the players first and fore most. So adding a shitty idea that is in no way required will give no benefit to players or the server.
Anyone can see when they're dead or when they're not by glancing, not even a second at their hp bar.
As I said before A LOT of people use color enhancing software or just change their brightness and saturation levels.

I will explain what this means just so your tiny brain can understand. PLAYERS WHO USE THIS SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE SHIT WHEN THEY TAKE ANY SORT OF DAMAGE.
