Suggestion Title:

Implementation of LED Screens

How would it benefit the server:

It would improve/enhance the RP experience of any job you can think of.

They would pretty much have the same purpose as the 3D2D Textscreen we already have implemented on SSRP though, this has many features which are the following (copied from Workshop):

Different types of running text
Color customization
Text scrolling speed
Effects for the text
Panel width adjustment

Unlike 3D2D Textscreens, they aren't motionless, you can fit more text into them, you have a wide selection of cool colours, a "Flicker effect" to make certain screens more realistic and they look way more awesome and interesting. You can use them above shops to advertise them or even use them to notify people of area/zone restrictions. They are easily movable and removable so that will be convenient for staff members.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None that I can think of currently, well, actually, racism yet we see the same with 3D2D Textscreens on ocassions. Also, a limit of 1 or even 2 LED screens should be implemented to prevent potential minging and stuff as such.

Additional notes:

This is the Addon in question. I've tested (spammed the shit out of these LED screens) on a test server whilst playing with my friends, little to no lag was caused - so that's not going to be an issue.

remove 3D2D textscreens entirely and replace em with this, less chance of some asshole posting huge blocks of text in spawn and killing everyone's frames. Frankly, I don't see why not. Looks fun, and as Sam pointed out there are some small issues with our current text screens so we could potentially replace them with this. Assuming there is no bugs or issues upon attempting to implement it onto the server, you have my support.
