TOPIC: [Suggestion] SSRP Ninja suit

Suggestion Title: Stealthy suit

How would it benefit the server: Would be a new suit to maybe give new players and upper hand

Potential Issues/Exploits: Might be a bit op if not implemented correctly

Additional notes: It would be similar to a ninja suit and equipping weapons, lockpicking, keypad cracking, and walking (not running) would make little to no sound. With this suit you could be able to raid a base without them even knowing it.

I know this is sufficient, though would you mind adding more detail to your suggestion so we can all comprehend your idea(s) in a better way? - Such as Health, Armor, Weapons/Items/Gadgets you get when equipping the suit, would you be able to jump higher, etc, etc. - That'd be nice

Not a fan of this suggestion myself, but I'll bring this up in the next CM team meeting.

Instead of adding another suit that no one needs, why not increase the amount of hp and armor that can be bought at the npc to 200 each, I don't know if this is already a thing or not with the npc, but being quiet and getting a slightly increased hp and armor boost is useless.
