TOPIC: Moderator inauguration

I'm not sure if this counts for admins on other servers, if it does consider this globally:

What do you want to add?:

A training process for both mods/admin newly recruited or donated before granting their powers. This would take place on a time arranged where multiple recruits are available or just one depending on the amount of applications. We could use the new cinema playX to make an instruction video and teach them the main lines of moderating/administrating. The most important commands, situations and/or reactions. Doing this we could assign special 'mentor' role to some admins that are the help center for new mods.

Why does it need to be added?:

Abusers will never be stopped however properly trained/guided new mods/admins have better chances to remain in their position and the players will experience better (more professional) performances from the staff.

I am not expecting super-formal rule by rule administrating, but I do think we can no longer throw these new people into the deep and let the players suffer their course.

Would it do good to the server? And why would it?:

I think this would be a good idea, but who would make the tutorial // be in it?

all i'd think is not a real ''training'' process but a mentor who follows them around. and helps them make decisions when they face ingame matters. training process won't help as much.

I think this is a cool idea

We need something like this to help with the massive influx of mods.

i would train some of them if you want me too i do it anyway to most new mods but i would love to just train them.

But then again some of our mods are awsome Outy,Veritas,Icy etc there's more and they know who they are cuz they do an awsome job

I would be happy to train some mods (help out) but I can't take anyone to the admin room so yeh...

I am also happy to come on for few hours to oitline the basics. I have also previoisly talked to people who have asked me about mod, and I have made sure they know the rules before I put a support on there app.

But a question: Will this encompass all of the servers, or just DarkRP?
