Back in 2014 or 2015 when I used to play on zarp, there used to be a rule where you couldn't raid someone with only the starter printer/s. That could have been base wars, not 100% tbh.

Regardless. I don't think anyone is going to do much about the server. These are the same people that thought creating "advertisements" for $50m was a good idea. Not only does no one use it, it's also a waste of time and space that could have been spent on helping new comers.
