Suggestion Title:
Add a fancy chatbox on the forums
How would it benefit the ~~server~~ forums:
People would be able to chat to each other not on the server without making a thread.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
N/A
Additional notes:
I have made a photoshop image of it. It looks a bit ~~shit~~ crap but mabye people can make some better presentations of it and post in the comments

A shoutbox would just be voided by the ZARP Discord and TeamSpeak servers. I don't see it being used enough to the point where it wouldn't end up becoming useless.
